The sun did not shine.
It was too wet to play.
So we sat in the house
All that cold, cold, wet day.

I sat there with Sally.
We sat there, we two.
And I said, "How I wish
We had something to do!"

Too wet to go out
And too cold to play ball.
So we sat in the house.
We did nothing at all.

Well, that's how it felt to me, at least.  The kids had fun watching t.v..

We did a few activities while the powere was out this morning.  I was busy dealing with sick kids so I didn't pay much attention to them.

On Monday most of our students "forgot" their activities.
Some of the boys made cool swords.

And we colored some Easter pictures.

Madison did bring a sensory activity.

On Tuesday our students did their activities, but they weren't that great and I didn't take pictures of them.  We did take advantage of the record setting temperatures for our first water day of the season.

On Wednesday Mrs. Barber's students taught about hedgehogs.
The kids learned some facts about hedgehogs.
They did a sensory activity.
They did a hedgehog obstacle course.
They made hedgehog pictures out of hand prints.
